This is an excerpt from the Doctor Who audiobook, The Hounds of Artemis, read by Matt Smith. It includes such wonderful and hilarious things as:

• Matt Smith’s voice
• Matt Smith’s imitation of Amy’s accent
• Matt Smith’s imitation of a German accent
• Matt Smith’s imitation of a haughty accept
• Matt Smith doing that thing where he speaks really really quickly for like fifteen lines and then unexpectedly and quite randomly slows down and says the last like ten words at a glacial pace and in a complete whisper.

Anyway, this post is to convince everyone to listen to audiobooks! Because, really, they’re quite nice. I put them on my iPod and listen to them in the car on the way to work. I’ve already listened to all of the ones read by David Tennant, and I am going to move on to the Catherine Tate, Freema Agyeman and Arthur Darvill ones next. LISTEN AND ENJOY, YOU GUYS!
